Striped Maternity Dress

Happy Monday ladies, and welcome back to this blog of mine! I am excited to be posting for you guys again. I suppose now that I am pregnant, I'll be a "Maternity Fashion Blogger"... but I hope that you non-prego ladies will still follow along for inspiration!

As far as the pregnancy goes... I want to do that fun Question & Answer posts each week (or every couple of weeks), because I always love reading these from other women and hearing their experiences. Plus, it will be a great journal of sorts, for me to look back on later on.

Weeks: 13 and a half -- And yes, I know that my belly looks huge in that last picture! Haha baby likes to make himself really big sometimes. :)

Total Weight Gain: About 9 pounds so far. In a Pregnancy book I'm reading, it said that in the first trimester you should only gain 2-4 pounds. Oops! Ha, but I never had morning sickness at all, so I didn't lose weight like a lot of women do.

Maternity Clothes?: By about week 8 I was having trouble keeping my jeans buttoned for a long period of time, and constantly found myself unbuttoning them if I was sitting, so I went out and bought a pair of maternity jeans. They just have two small elastic bands on the side, but otherwise look exactly like skinny jeans, and I love them so much! This coral dress was my second maternity purchase. :) (Jeans: HERE.)

Stretch Marks?: Nothing new. I already have a few on my hips and chest from growing, but no new ones yet. (Fingers crossed!)

Sleep: Well, I'm tired all the time. I go to bed seriously at like 7 o'clock each night -- sometimes earlier! I feel a little uncomfortable when laying down, mostly because before the pregnancy I was a stomach sleeper...but my pregnancy pillow definitely helps, and typically I sleep through the night just fine.

Movement: Nothing yet!

Food Cravings: Earlier on in my pregnancy I craved Taco Bell or McDonalds almost every day... which was not good! Haha, but this week I've been craving French Vanilla yogurt & frozen yogurt.

Anything making you queasy or sick?: Unfortunately, nothing makes me queasy or sick, so I just keep gaining weight! Ugh! :) But I actually am very grateful that I haven't been sick at all.

Gender: We don't know for sure yet, but at my last ultrasound the Dr. thought he saw boy parts. :) H and I also have thought it was a boy from the very beginning.

Labor Signs: No! Hopefully not for a loooong time. :)

Symptoms: I am uncomfortable a lot of the time. Gassy and bloated, and some abdominal pain.

Belly Button in or out?: In! (I actually have kind of a weird belly button, and I'm not sure if it will ever pop out? Haha I will let you know!)

Wedding Ring on or off?: On!

Happy or Moody?: I haven't really been moody or grumpy at all... But I am way more emotional than normal, and cry aaaaaaaaall the time. When I'm happy, sad, you name it! (I was already this way before the pregnancy, but these hormones have made it worse! Haha)

Looking Forward To: Finding out the gender for sure so we can start buying everything! I am really excited to decorate the nursery and get all the baby furniture and toys. Every time I'm at the store now, I get so excited to walk through the baby section. I just want to buy everything! Haha

Anyway, thanks so much for stopping by, and have a great Monday!!
