Life Lately

If any of you still read this little blog of mine, you've probably been wondering where I've been.

I'm sorry.

For the past month or so, I have been pretty dang sick. I get sick when I eat, feel too dizzy to stand up, have pain in my stomach, it's hard for me to breath... [Which is why it's been hard to get out and take pictures for this blog.]

My symptoms have been a bit all over the place and haven't been indicative of one specific thing. I've done all kinds of tests and had loads of blood drawn, yet still the doctors have been pretty confused. They think it's possibly a food allergy, possibly my thyroid, possibly my liver, possibly my galbladder, etc.

Anyway, I am heading to the hospital tomorrow to have some more extensive testing done, and hopefully they will be able to find answers. Hopefully my blogging will be back to normal within the next week or so, but I will keep you updated!

I would really appreciate it if you would all pray for me, and for the doctors to figure out what's wrong and hopefully fix it! I'm ready to be fixed. :]

  1. That sounds terrible :( I went through a phase where I had such severe stomach pains I couldn't function. They did all sorts of tests and couldn't find anything out. I finally realized peppers make me sick and can't eat them anymore. Hopefully yours is something similar and not very severe. Good luck!

  5. I hope they can figure out what it is (praying nothing serious) so that you can get it under control.

  10. I'm not usually a blog commenter, but have you been tested for celiac or hashimotos? You should read "gluten free girl" the book. It's changing my life and I had symptoms very similar to yours. I have hashimotos.
