Looks For Less

Today I thought I would bring you some of my favorite designer pieces that can be found with price tags we can actually afford! There's nothing worse than finding something you love, and not being able to afford it. The whole purpose of my blog is to help you realize that you CAN get that designer look, while still staying on a budget! Trust me, I don't have an unlimited budget, and I'm sure most of you don't either.

J. Crew Factory peplum top // Forever 21 peplum top
Plomo Suede heels // Charlotte Russe heels
J. Crew Factory Gigi pants // Aeropostale Ponte pants
J. Crew Excursion vest // Old Navy quilted vest

I wanted to quickly talk about the Aeropostale ponte pants. Last year I purchased the J. Crew version of these for about $80 and I absolutely LOVE them. But when I got these Aeropostale pants, I was in shock. For the most part, I believe that you get what you pay for. The quality of J. Crew clothing really is hard to beat. HOWEVER... These Aero pants look the same and feel the same, and sometimes I find myself reaching for the them over the J. Crew ones. So I definitely recommend the Aeropostale pants if you feel like the J. Crew ones are a bit too expensive. They are a great dupe!  [This is not a sponsored post, I just really love them that much!]

[Yes, I realize that this does kind of look like the same outfit. I guess I'm predictable. Regardless, outfit details coming soon...]

And while we're on the topic of great deals, I'm excited to share with you that GroopDealz is having their 3rd birthday this week! Make sure you head on over and check out some of the great deals they have going on right now. [I'm really loving these striped infinity scarves!]

And make sure to check out the amazing GIVEAWAY they are doing HERE. They are some amaaaaazing prizes that you do NOT want to miss!

Thanks so much for stopping by! :)

  1. Thanks so much for doing a blog post like this - I see so many mags advertising top designers which, although I love them, are just too expensive for most people!! (And those shoes are just to die for!) X

  3. I love ponte/skinny pants! So comfy. Lauren Conrad usually does a good job with her ponte pants for Kohl's as well. The pants look great styled with the booties. :)

  5. Such great deals! Those pants look amazing on you. I am definitely going to need to get some of those this fall. I love how you posted the dupes, as we can't always afford the real thing! So realistic. And ps I just ordered that J.Crew Factory peplum, I can't wait to get it!
